The DOJ understands the English language very well. Ray Epps is one of them is why he was not charged. The American People are too dumb to realize it, but they surrendered their Constitutional Rights, the sanctity of the family unit, along with the independence and divisions of the three Branches of our Government [ Executive, Legislative , Judicial] When the War on Poverty, the War on Crime, the War on Drugs, and last but not least, The War on Terror was fought. And by the way, we lost all three. As a result of these wars, we have Law Enforcement to control and manage the peasants.
