Say what you will about Donald Trump, whether you think he’s all bluster or not(I’m not saying you say that, but there are people who do) but I am pretty sure that is how he is being perceived in the deep state. He’s going to upset their gravy train they think and they don’t like it.
Last night, I purchased and watched the documentary put out about General Michael Flynn, and I feel, I’ve been right about that all along.

Imaginative fictional story of JFK’s secret enemies ordering the killing? Which happened 10 years earlier? Why would that bring threats? Just fiction.
