Had to use the swat team, else he would have conned the regular police?

Do they normally send SWAT for this type of thing?

I mean it's alleged fraud and involves quite a lot of money, but, the raid happened in Florida, earlier, and they arrested his 67 year old mother? (They needed a SWAT team for this?)

And in California they arrest him during his concert on a military base?
