Since there is no death penalty in Canada prison justice is the alternative. He’s not dead but perhaps in some stage of pain and suffering.

It is rumors that he was a Canadianized version of Epstein, with notable people visiting his farm. IIRC, he hosted "pig roasts" at his farm, invited huge number of people including members of certain outlaw motorcycle gangs.
