Lots of words in that letter, but I didn’t see any apologizing for what they’d done to their (former) docs.
Notice all the wording to cover themselves.
“It wasn’t us- it was the federal government!”
And if they did get rehired chances are that there will be some little slip of paper to sign that waives any liability for firing them in the first place.
