Parents, or other guardians, have the right to raise their children according to their own standards and beliefs, provided that the rights of children to be free from abuse and neglect are also protected.
A prime tenet of libertarianism is that once you are an Adult, you are no longer the property of anyone else and can make your own decisions.
Since children cannot give consent to adult acts, such as sex, due to their biological and social development, forcing them in to such acts is a crime. Period.

The libertarians have already taken small steps in this direction by refusing to vote to enforce child porn laws.
