Abstinence in singleness and fidelity in marriage (real marriage, M/W) is really the ONLY reliably safe way. Even condom are surprisingly compromised in reliability.
Besides, condoms are soooo 1990s. Every sodomite wants to "bareback" these days and denigrate anyone wanting to wear a condom. Call it "safe-sex shaming."
