Quick synopsis:
Guy gers hit at before 6 am crossing road by bus and dies.
Police show up and close the only entrance in and out.
PGA told to have players, etc go around. They have car placards.
Scott does and cop trues to stop him. Some misunderstanding .
Cop slightly injured, Scott arrested.
