The line backed up a long way possibly a mile, the officer was there for crowd and traffic control at a fatal traffic accident right at the entrance to a major sporting event that was expecting thousands of cars, there were lit police cars all over the area, he was in the wrong lane trying to drive around an accident scene that was being funnelled through the intersection, didn’t act when the well marked cop asked him the stop, and didn’t for between 30 and 60 feet while hitting the cop. I hope the your witnesses have got a lot better to add than that.
