Well, we know none of the money went to building fortifications in Ukraine.

The package is nothing but a PR stunt and a potential election dig at house Republicans. The 13 or 14 billion that will be spent on actual Uke weapons was spent one, three or six months ago. Many of those weapons sent are just now being paid for.
