Are we talking about pools & lakes or ocean front lifeguards? Because the latter require even more training.

They do also realize, even after all the training, it really doesn’t pay that much right?

Maybe these are all the types of reasons we have a shortage in the first place right? How will this be any different because they’re here illegally?
