Good question. Usual,y people who are told they have, or could get some health problem, start to exercise more, throw out junk food mostly anyways, reduce couch time, quit smo,ing etc etc etc.
It could be that all of that works to bring g about big changes- or it cou,d actually be the oil- hard to tell not knowin as they say.
But, oil is supposed to be good for us anyways, so can’t hurt to add it daily- however, is this research a mafia effort to up the sale of olive oil? Lol
