Jump in your Tesla,
I’ll be driving a 5.0.
We’re gonna race from
Houston to Albuquerque
in August, when temps are
a nice, toasty, 117 deg/f.
Wanna bet I get there
first?
You compare efficiencies
between ICE and EV power
sources. Once they’re
placed into their working
environments, many things
influence a power sources’
efficiency.
Running the AC, headlights,
wipers, window defroster,
extreme ambient temperatures,
all play a part on the the
efficiency of either power-
plant. In this type scenario,
the ICE vehicle remains on
top, if for nothing else,
for comfort and convenience
(time).
Enjoy your ride. I have a Roush Mustang GT, as daily driver.
What gets me is when people want to DISS other people’s choices.
If you don’t like something (like an EV) don’t buy it. I don’t know why people feel the need to diss something they don’t know about and have never used or experienced.
