If attractiveness of the accused is the standard by which we decide guilt or innocence regarding allegations of sexual assault or misconduct perhaps that could be written into statute. Although making it retroactive would be improbable I am sure future attractive men and women who abuse their position of authority to take sexual advantage will appreciate the change, as of course would rapists. Most professional boards could also make amendments to their code of conduct as well
