I like DeSantis, but he demonstrated that he is a horrible campaigner.

DeSantis is better at policy and the ‘mechanics’ of government than campaigning, IMO would add great value to Trump’s second administration.
Lindsey Graham and Mitch McConnell love their sock-puppet, Tim Scott.
Scott showed his true colors in defending George Floyd and Lisa Murkowski.
He is far better to us as Gov of Florida.
He knows the mechanics of govt in a state where MAGA handed him the legislature.
I do have an idea that would instantly return him to everyone’s good graces and make him a lock for the 2028 nomination. I’ll post it in one of the DeSantis promo threads but it involves addressing the Soros problem at the state level.
Haven’t you noticed how disloyal DeSantis has been to Trump? And what about the people of Florida? We elected him to be our governor and he immediately, while accepting our paycheck, decided to run for president instead of being governor. But I would never vote for him again for anny office and he is not loyal. The first thing he did was stab Trump in the back. I would not trust him to be behind me.
