Sure, but no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.

The modem day equivalent of a brown paper bag left by a park bench for a handler.

This is how espionage works in the modern tech world.

You take your secret docs and put them on your illegal , unsecured google email account or your smart phone.

Then you look the other way while the adversary you are spying for “hacks “ your account with your assistance and knowledge.

Another trick that has resulted in some spectacular and tragic data thefts is to have a very high level government (read Obama Admin) official go on an official site visit to another government agency or defense contractor and ask to use their computer system for some pretext like checking their email.

Given the fact that this is a very high level person (who often controls your funding. or regulates your organization or industry) who holds what should be a very trusted position, they are given free run of the system at the access level of a senior executive that interfaces with these high level people.

They download malware hidden in their thumb drive and suddenly the Chinese or Iranians have free run of the computer network.

The GOP should demand that he be charged the same as Trump. If they were working for us, they would. This is just further proof that the classified docs case against Trump needs be thrown out, especially since there’s no evidence that anyone accessed the docs at MAL.

What’s the problem? Hillary did it, and she skated.

Amazing violates all standards for classified information put them on his phone and then it’s hacked! Steve Bannon’s right, no coincidences. Guess somehow the enemy discovered his password “backdoorMAN”…..

🤔 no charges? No arrest? No search of house, nor his attorney’s phone and computer? Oh, oh, maybe he also owns a 67 corvette and has a son working for a foreign oil company…..

Bravo. My thoughts too, but you disguised it like a pro.

I wonder how they are slipping the money to Malley. Did he start a foundation?
