From what I understand the Russians are in no hurry if ever to collect their dead until then they are mia, probably listed as deserters so no pay what so ever to families
PMCs are a cast minority of the fighting forces so even if they are more professional, doesn’t help the rest

Yeah, but they play for both sides. And like the US supposed part, they are used as advisors a lot.
