OT but related I have it on VERY good authority that the Farm/Ranch Wives Communication Net is busily tracking every illegal invader busload gets within sight and raising general duty hell with any local officials aiding in that scam. But HAARP could have manipulated things to amplify the natural effect.

But they would have been excellent cover for doing some testing associated with it’s current version. The overwhelming atmospheric show would tend to wash out any localized atmospheric effects of a HAARP type test.
