Special Attorney Hur, after hours of interviewing Brandon, determined that laws were broken while Joe was a Senator, Vice President, and private citizen.
But Hur also determined Brandon was a "sympathetic, old man with a bad memory" and thus not fit to stand trial.
The transcript can only expose so much - and how much was redacted, were the 'unintelligible' sections ripe for additional research?
Now, Garland bowed to Brandon's exercise of "executive privilege" to hide the actual audio/video from public view or even view by the Oversight Committee in closed session.
Brandon was questioned about his activities revolving around the abuse of classified documents when Brandon was a Senator, Vice President, and private citizen. NONE of that activity was done while Brandon was President, so it CANNOT be shielded using Presidential Executive Privilege.
Garland (head of DoJ and Hur's boss) may/should be placed under arrest by the Speaker of the House for not releasing the tapes.
But, we no longer have justice in the Justice Department.
