The deep state is a many headed hydra. The Supreme Court smacked down the EPA in Sackett ET UX V. Environmental Protection Agency ET AL so the deep state hydra loses a tentacle but has the Dept. of Interior do their property theft knowing that by the time lawfare runs its course the damage to private property will be irreversible and in this case, Salt Springs will never be the same if the decision is allowed to stand.

Deep state interprets and applies SC rulings against them as narrow as possible and in SC rulings in their favor as broad as possible.

More reason all the unconstitutional deep state departments should be eliminated and everyone fired. Very few of them are truly necessary.

Actually, what I am witnessing is a near total disregard for the law in many situations by the dirty dems.Especially, when it comes to making up sh_t about Trump. DS and dirty dems are perfectly willing to be reversed on any phony judgment they make as long as it happens after November. The obama/Obiden govt. has been weaponized from top to bottom and much of it is lawless.
