I circled it with a blue line. Charles arm is crossing over the front of the neck line. The sash is the hat. The face is slightly covered with his medal(cloth. (looking again it could be a pigs nose.) his/her right ear is distorted like a triangle or pigs ear. His/her left ear looks like the media's version of the corona virus (Circle with smaller circles on the out side of that.) His/her face looks like fur.

Under Charles arm is the front side of a human torso. You can see the curve of the hips. The hip bone comes up to the belly button which means it's male child or young man(though looking at the crotch it looks like the lips of the vulva.) His/her left leg is bent pointed out to his left at about a 90 deg with the center covering up part of the leg. Though you can see the knee bend on the other side of the fold. His/her left leg is going behind him with the foot on the other side of the fold (as though he is kicking something behind him.) His right leg goes straight down slightly passed the green line. His right foot is just passed the green line.

The chest there is a huge red gash closer to the his/her right breast. slight above to lips of the vulva to his/her the left there is a gash or it could be hair above the vulva. Through out the torso I can see muscle lines in all the correct areas for a male human torso.
