It has been Sullivan in the ME, and easily decades of Nuland in Russia, and over the DOD, concerning UKR biolabs, fanning the threat to Russia with a coming big “surprise” that fizzled, as Ukrainians fled recruitment.

I’ve posted about the State Department running the White House, because JFK was shadowed by the war complex, which is a sister to State. Together, they spawned the CIA which ended JFK’s shadow.
