For sure, this guy was in the middle of "Gain of function" research that created Chinavirus at the Wuhan Lab.
The he lied about it to Congress.
Was he also involved in deploying the bioweapon? Did he advise the ringleaders about how best to deploy it, by first infecting the Wuhan Province, which would be rapidly quarantined, and then, after reaching critical mass of the population, to put the carriers on airplanes to Europe and America?
Ring the guy up for the perjury, and see it he will flip on the people calling the shots.
Without question, this guy is at least as culpable as a drunk, speeding driver who kills someone.
