All part of the plan, especially in swing states. Multiple local elections would have to be individually challenged - on 'good' information - and adjudicated by corrupt party judges.
With mail ballots by the thousands, who is to say that an illegal cannot vote in federal elections with a ballot that includes federal offices. The legal challenges could overwhelm the court dockets AND drain the GOP budgets.
It will take much more than poll watchers to thwart this massive election fraud... and obviously election results could be delayed interminably!

Former President Donald Trump will hold a campaign rally in the South Bronx next week, and his first major gathering of supporters in his native state since his first White House bid comes on the heels of a record-breaking event at the Jersey Shore.
The May 23 rally will take place at 6 p.m. in Crotona Park, and the Trump campaign has a permit for up to 3,500 people to attend, his campaign announced Friday.
