I still regularly watch the original DVD Show and love it; and his performance in Mary Poppins was for the ages.

But, he’s always been a lefty.

Sometimes, as with countless actors and musicians, you just have to separate the performance from the person, lest you spend your life listening to Anita Bryant records and watching the Hallmark Channel.
