Scripture never even alludes any abilities or events that even closely resemble them.
God is the Creator of the universe, a person, in whose image we are made.
He’s not a *higher form of consciousness* or any of the other gobbledygook that’s being espoused on these threads.
If people want that kind of power and ability, I’m sure Satan will be willing to accommodate them, too.
I hate to sound like broken record, but I think this so called “higher level of consciousness,” is the result of the third eye being opened. When I was a young NCO, in Texas, I first heard that term used, by some guy I ran across at a seminar I was only in my early 20s at the time, and I was clueless about life. After the seminar, I asked him privately what the term meant. Apparently he had it. He told me could see things that we couldn’t see. I thought this was all crazy and I didn’t believe a word of it. He never mentioned the third eye. I didn’t believe it then, but I sure do now. I don’t know for sure, but opening the 3rd eye, might render someone ineligible for salvation. I simply don’t know. It’s something that should be avoided. It’s evil.
