That 3:00 AM curve bump of suddenly found and counted votes in isolation from watchers isn't gonna happen anymore. The CIA realizes they are getting dangerously close to having found votes exceeding actual voters registered and of age to vote.

My opinion is that the CIA has a vote shaving algorithm. If tallies show any Trump momentum, they will be shaved off and placed in the Biden (or anyone they choose to select) vote totals. It will be more subtle and harder to spot.

AT&T runs most the server relay stations for the CIA, FBI, and NSA. That's where it will be done in 2024, right in the servers.
