A stolen election does not meant that, the constitution and the bill of rights have been repealed, and we still have those rights. Elections have been stolen in the past, and way into the past, but, our rights are still in effect. Even under those that might have stolen the elections, we still have our rights. and that's clear with the cases that Trump is having to fight. He's still using his rights to fight the crooked cases against him. Even if he loses any of those cases, he can appeal and chances are that he will win those appeals. In a country without those rights, he would have been imprisoned many years ago, or he would have been made to disappear. That there are exceptions where people are wrongfully charged and even imprisoned, does not mean that it is a regular practice.

When the U.S. become a full new China, then, I'll grant you the benefit of the doubt and we can agree fully with your stance. So, are we China yet?

“The Rights of the People” where only a billionaire can afford the legal fees are not actual constitutional rights.

One of the definitions of Cringe is believing in and sacrificing, and serving things which have obviously failed, and died.

If people choose to believe that the Constitution and Bill of Rights still obtains, even when it is ignored, selectively upheld, unequally applied... etc.

This is just Cringe Constitutionalism.

You are Cringe.

No-one in the UK, Canada, Australia believes in ‘Muh Rule of Law stuff any more.

We are past the Denial and Anger stages. Although some are stuck in the Bargaining and Depression stages.
