Langley AFB in Virginia was recently so plagued with unidentified "drones" that it had to start moving aircraft to other bases. Yet they still didn't try to end the invasion of the base airspace.
It may be China, it may be hobbyists, it may be whomever...but it is still unidentified according to the Pentagon and Air Force.
