My mother died from believing Mercola’s crap. She opted to stop taking her blood thinners and buy his all natural blood thinner supplements. Ended up with lungs full of dozens of tiny clots. She never fully recovered and was dead in less than two years at 79. Her mother and grandmother lived to 101 and 108 respectively.

Yup. Our family was, and still is, on D3 and K2. No Covid.

That’s great to hear.

As you know, during the planneddemic, the government never had any announcements on what to do or take as supplements, to prevent getting Covid, except stupid, ineffective masks and distancing. And they tried to censor anything that was effective.

Based on personal experience, higher levels of vitamin D3 does help control metastatic prostate cancer. Metformin also helps; a lot.

I am so sorry to hear that.

I’ve read stories online about people dying from believing charlatans like Mercola. It’s so tragic and unnecessary.

I know that medical science does not have all of the answers, but there is no group that knows more about medicine than physicians and researchers.

I have been taking supplemental vitamin D (with physician guidance) since long before I got cancer.

Lack of vitamin D causes problems. But surplus of vitamin D is not preventive or curative.

It’s like food. If you don’t get enough, you have problems. But getting too much isn’t healthy, either.

The Goldilocks principle is in full force here.

I had my first skin cancer removed before I was 30.

And I’ve never been a sun worshipper.

I’ll still use sunscreen, thank you very much.

After I get my 90 minutes of unprotected exposure a week.
