yet embrace the elites in corrupting our government, pushing proxy wars to launder tax dollars for their own ends, and the lucre they lust for

The elites are in the millions of people in the U.S. and many millions more around the world. There are some that are more elite than others, but then, the masses make the ultimate decisions. Eventually, some elites die and others take over. And many elites stop being powerful and others take over. It's the way of the world. Nothing lasts forever and the powerful have to always be on-guard for the lower elites who want what they have.

With the people not liking the elites too much, many of the elites will always be leery of the power they hold. It's not always to be the elite or the powerful. The rich and super-rich can pass on their wealth to those they leave behind, and those that take over might or wont want the kind of influence that their elders left for them. Thus, like I said, nothing is forever, and that includes the elite organizations that many think control the world. If people know about the elites, it means that the elites need to always be looking over their shoulders.

Elite power is not forever and civil wars and revolutions tend to take care of evening things out. The Iranian elites have to act brutally against those that want them out and dead, but eventually, they will be out. Same with other dictators and tyrannies.

In the U.S. the powerful know they can only take things so far, or else. The power of the people is a lot stronger than that of all the elites combined. It's why we have the constitution and our bill of rights, and the first amendment and second amendment ensures that, no group or party can try to rule as dictators. When everyone in the country has freedom of speech and the right to bear arms, no elite organization can become dictatorial. Regardless, even elite organizations have to operate under the rule of law. The power-hungry cannot get away with ill-intents for too long.

People with influence will always be around, but then, we nee those people as leaders, but not as rulers with total control.

Lusting for wealth is not a sin or bad. People who seek wealth cannot do it all on their own, and when they attain their goals or riches, chances are that they brought many people to share in their quest. It's economics 101. Nothing wrong there; and nothing wrong with being ambitious and nothing wrong with seeking wealth, and nothing wrong with seeking power as long as there are controls.

You sure are an odd bird.   I have nothing against wealth.   I don't have any jealousy or envy of successful people.   I despise socialists who would take from those better than themselves.

I don't believe you didn't know I was referring to the true socialist elitists such as Klaus Schwab (World Economic Forum) and George Soros (The Open Society Foundations) intent on controlling humanity.   Economics 101 my azz.
