The women don't want to be conscripted - that's too hard for you to grasp? Zelensky has warned them that they, too, will be called upon to fight, "Sooner or later, all will fight." They are losing sons, brothers, fathers and have seen the handicapped and boys of 14 grabbed off the streets to go fight a losing battle. The Russians aren't targeting civilians, but the Ukrainians are.
Well Russkie, you don’t think living under enemy occupation as a young female resistance fighter and enticing the enemy soldiers to their deaths or poisoning them all done with your personal interaction with them face to face is about the scariest thing a person could be doing? By the way, the only military they could be drafted into is the one from the controlling government and military power they are living under, the Russians.
