I wonder that if you said to somewone, "You're an n-word!" -- not word itself, but the term "n-word" -- would that be the same as using the n-word word itself. If so, then we must ban the use of the term "n-word" as a substitute.
Then what we use? (Just an idle thought on a Friday morning ...)
