I would have liked to have had that specimen in my 20ac Nursery/ Garden Center/ Landscape Contracting Operation of 35yrs. Both in the Display Gardens and for sale to customers.

I have a couple of dawn redwoods in my back yard—a tree that was believed to be extinct until some living specimens were discovered in China.
