EVs are heavy. A Ford F-150 Lightning would probably do just fine. Maybe not a Nissan Leaf.

But do they have the clearance and traction to actually drive over the thing? I can always put my Silverado in 4WD and I'll have the necessary clearance and traction.

Yes.

Ford F-150 Lightning: The F-150 Lightning has a ground clearance of 8.4 inches, which is relatively standard for a pickup truck. However, it also features an independent suspension system, which allows for better handling and ride quality.

The 2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 has a ground clearance of 7.89". 4WD available, too.
