Awesome. I use to run cross country in the 1970s, it was insane the distances we ran. In the summer we ran 20 miles a day, 5 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon, 5 at night. My senior year in high school I was 6’1” tall and weighed 135 pounds. Now I’m 270 and can barely walk up the stairs lol, not from bad health but being so out of shape
Well this is your way to get back in shape! ;-) Or at least get a dog to motivate you to walk.
I volunteer at a local pet shelter. We’re always looking for ideas on how to get our charges furever homes. Maybe this is something we could try in our little town.
