Gee Molly has been, why aren't you complaining to Spike Lee for not casting you in his movies.
What an ungrateful spinster, John Hughes made her career.

I must say tat I'm a bit ashamed to admit this but I loved Sixteen Candles...for several reasons. One of them being Molly Ringwald. I also loved Long Duc Dong!

They were all honkies at The Breakfast Club.

There’s an easy fix here. Molly Ringwald should return every dime she made from those films. With interest, of course. I’m sure she would feel better about herself after doing so.
On a more serious note, this is yet another example of why there will always be much racial tension in this country. Just when the scab starts to form, some silly liberal comes along and opens the wound again.

Loved the Breakfast Club. Very talented cast and director. White peoples make the best movies. Proud of my heritage.

Does she realize her movies were fiction?

She’s just as white as her movies so shouldn’t she be ashamed she even exists? As always liberalism is a mental disease.

“Those movies, the movies that I am so well known for, they were very much of the time. And if you were to remake that now I think it would have to be much more diverse. And it would have to be, you know, you couldn’t make a movie that white. Those movies are really, really, very white,” Ringwald said.C'mon Molly! Sixteen Candles featured Long Duck Dong...

No more yankie my wankie, The Donger need food!

Eddie Murphy said he was forced to include a white actor in “Coming to America” in 1988; Louie Anderson got the token white part (and Murphy himself played whites in “whiteface”.
Even then, race relations were better than today.

Got a free channel locally. All “black” sitcoms.Plenty of “black” movies now. She is talking about an era roughly 40 years ago.Cannot say that the “black” movies or sitcoms are any better than “white” movies or sitcoms. Most of the movies or sitcoms featuring either skin color and life experience are pretty bad anyway.
