I think he is, there was an article recently about him suing or wantign to run for soemthign again- can’t remember now-

There was also that other rep who sent in the national guard to recover the bribe cash he had in his freezer. William Jefferson, democrat Louisiana. He got a standing ovation from his fellow democrats when he said he got away with it.
