Crimea appears to be the Russian weak point. I suspect a lot of the military personnel in Crimea are technicians and other support type that would not be able equipped to repel a mass invasion. Take out enough of the back territory infrastructure and then do a D-Day style landing, quickly move to block the Kerch bridge and move up from there to hit the Russian forces from the rear.
Make it expensive for Vlad. As long as his people support what he’s doing a victory on their part will only make them worse.

UKR has no landing craft, no troops trained in beach landings. All of them would be taken out by arty fires and drones. Not a good idea.
