Look, United States is actively planning to kill 1 million bared owls in Washington, Oregon and California because it's out competing the spotted owl naturally. The bowl is not an invasive species it is just been moving west naturally from the eastern US. In fact the two species are close enough to hybridize often but that doesn't matter. The spotted owl must survive even though it is weaker than the barred owl. It's moronic
