When I lived and worked in Canada back in ‘82, I started to drink 2 cups of black tea a day.

Have not had a covid symptom ever.

Coincidental? I'm not complaining

It’s good for the teeth, too. It neutralizes a chemical made by bacteria which damages / decays teeth. Of course it can also stain them...
