A police SUV rammed (see impact dent in driver's door) and pushed the driver's vehicle front-end to the vehicle's right, and the driver's vehicle stopped against a concrete curb.
Three plain-clothes Chicago police officers approach the left side of the driver's vehicle; all three police officers have their handguns drawn; two of these officers are aiming toward the driver's door.
Of these three police officers, the officer that is closest to the vehicle, is a female plain-clothes Chicago police officer (white baseball cap) who approaches and places her left hand on the driver's door handle.
