No he didn't. I listened to what he said.
He criticized them for going overboard in their response. Meaning you don't punish babies and children indiscriminately. He also agreed that they have done harm to the non violent Palestinian churches that have nothing to do with Hamas.
The idea that criticizing things Israel has done makes somebody antisemitic is simply not true.
