Why can’t the courts rule that the “Greenies” give up their motor vehicles and turn off their electricity in a “You Go First” judgement?

“atmospheric CO2 so as to stabilize the climate system”

Four parts out of hundred of 1% - - WE’RE ALL GONNA DIE unless we spend $trillions every year world wide. Quite frankly one would think that humanity would have killed itself off hundreds of years ago. Wait! The eclipse yesterday saved us all, whew.

Shifting tectonic plates, volcanic events, weather, asteroids... yep, we’re gonna save the planet.

Cleanup the plastics. Cleanup the run off. Cleanup the atmosphere.

Everything else is unforgiving and out of our control. Anything else is just fleecing the masses for gain and profit.

We still need energy in its rawest form to accomplish all of it. But technology will clean that up. And we don’t need slave labor, poor women and children mining natural resources for the “benefit” of the few. That’s absurdity in the highest degree.

“fundamental constitutional right to a clean and healthy environment”

Another way in which the Left does not believe in democracy.

Government policies should be made by the democratically elected legislators and top executives, not the courts dictating to the elected officials. So instead the Left goes to court to try to get around democracy and force results democracy won’t give them. Actually, Roe V Wade was one such anti-democratic decision as well.

Why not order these tree-higging greenies to plant more trees to reduce CO2?
