For more detail go to the link and click on the image for a high definition image. You can then move the magnifying glass cursor then click to zoom in and click again to zoom out. When zoomed in you can scan by moving the side bars on the bottom and right side of the image.
That doubling effect only occurs when you click on the image to get the high res version. Error perhaps?

I’m sure that NASA will have some great shots of the eclipse. I saw last night that the only spots that’s guaranteed to have clear skies during totality are in northern Vermont and Maine and in southern Quebec. I hope they have crews up there.
