Toyota has been selling the Hydrogen fuel cell Mirai for years. It is only practical in areas with recharge stations (much faster than electric, lots slower than a gas pump), so they are mostly only in California, likely to be fleet cars. The technology works, hydrogen infrastructure is an issue.
