Learn how the microwave oven came to be.
Workman aligning a microwave tower had a Hershey bar in his pocket.
Walked in line of the wave and immediately it melted said bar.
A little exploring and there you have it
My wife and I agreed to get rid of the microwave oven about ten years ago.
When we moved to TN 7 years ago, and into a valley surrounded by woods, we needed a signal booster (I put the outdoor antenna 65 feet up in an oak tree). We often turned the booster off at night, unless we were concerned about receiving a call or text.
2 1/2 years ago we got wifi service in our area. It works good, superior to the booster, but we still turn it off at night. We can still (usually) get texts.
We only leave one cellphone turned on at night (about 6’ feet from the bed).
Maybe we’re being too cautious.
