Did you read the article? All of the people referenced in the article attended UNC many years before the advent of the of the clot shot.

Only one of them overlaps the clot shot (the one at UNC, which began in 2009 and continues to date).
Two of the most famous cancer clusters occurred in Woburn MA, between 1973 and 1986, and Tom’s River NJ between 1979 and 1986. They obviously pre-date the clot shot.
In the rural neighborhood where I grew up in 1962 - 1977, at least seven long-time residents were diagnosed with cancer in a .25 mile radius (impacting seven out of fifteen households). My mother and her next door neighbor survived. The rest did not.
