Maybe they can string things out until after the election.
Does the person have to have a law license to fill any legal position where the president has a need?
After Pres. Biden took the oath of office, “they” hit the ground running, like immediately, and didn’t waste any time signing E.O.s and filling positions. To date, they also haven’t made a lot of personnel changes.
Pres. Trump did not do that in 2017.
If elected, I pray that he has his people in place and will do the exact same thing...take the oath then take a flame thrower to the place on the same day.
To get any other things done, we have to keep the House and take the Senate....and right now, that doesn’t seem to be getting any ink.
I think an Attorney General has to be a member in good standing with the Bar and able to practice law in DC. If not he’ll never get Senate approval.
