They made it back home and to the ER around the corner from home at 1:30am. I called the hospital before they arrived to be sure the wait time would be limited. It was. Moms blood pressure was scary high and it NEVER is. It’s usually very low. Probably pain induced. ER dr took xrays and the hip is broken badly. She’s on pain meds and I think they gave her something to sleep since she was up all night. Surgery is either today or tomorrow. Not sure yet. My sister and I have been on and off the phone all night and she is exhausted too. We are worried.
